Gaia is a facilitator, educator & student of liberatory relationship.

Facilitation
I guide groups and organizations to reflect on their values, agreements, systems and processes in order to align with feminist, antiracist and decolonial values while reducing harm and syncing with the patterns of the natural world. My embodied, compassionate and focused facilitation is guided by a belief in the possibility of transformation, healing justice and revolutionary love.
-
Education
I educate individuals and groups about the history of domination and oppression within the Euro-American history of colonization, white supremacy and patriarchal capitalism, and explore how these patterns express in present-day relationships and organizations. My style of teaching is embodied, relational and accessible, shaped by specific needs and diverse ways of learning.
-
Curriculum
I support educators in a range of organizational spaces in decolonizing their curriculum and lessons through centering the voices and wellness of marginalized identities, while holding groups with a range of awareness. My curriculum offerings are often multimedia, embodied and take into account access needs and multiple ways of learning and knowing.
